QUOTE: A quote is an estimate based on your requests and mutually agreed upon design & needs for your event. Quotes can change as requests and design changes.

CHANGES: If last minute decorative changes are needed, you may contact me no later than 3-Days prior to your event date for no charge. If changes are requested within 3-Days of the delivery date, there will be a change fee, equal to 10% of your total order.

DEPOSIT: A 75% deposit is required on all orders to hold your date. The remaining balance is due in full the day of delivery and prior to pick up.

CANCELLATION: If you need to cancel your order, please do so no later than 3-Days prior to your event date. A full refund will be issued with 7 business days. IF the cancellation comes within 3-Days, there will be a $25 fee. Your refund will be provided, less the $25 fee, within 7 business days.

CUSTOMER PICKU-UP: I allow a 1hour window for customer pickups; 30 minutes prior to and 30 minutes after the agreed pickup time. If you are unable to pick up at the originally agreed time, then please communicate with me and we can possibly arrange a later time. If you NO-SHOW or I don’t hear from you within the agreed timeframe, then you agree to forfeit your deposit and the cake.

RENTALS: If you’ve rented an item(s) from or through Gabby Cakes and that item(s) is damaged, you will be responsible for 100% of the replacement cost of the item or repair. No exceptions.
